Modifying your Sessionwire subscription is easy and can be done via the My Account section of the community.sessionwire.com website
Users have complete control over all aspects of their subscription status and payment options.
You can visit the Billing page and switch subscription plans, or simply visit the Billing Portal to view your invoices and receipts. Click the "Go to Billing Portal" button at the bottom of the Billing page (an active subscription is required for the Go to Billing Portal button to appear).
Upon clicking through to the "Billing Portal", options for updating or cancelling an active subscription are presented. (Note that if no subscription is active, the Billing Portal button will not appear)
Clicking the Update Plan button will present the following page, where it is possible to switch between the annual and monthly subscriptions.
Clicking the Cancel Plan button will present the following page, where it is possible to cancel a subscription outright. (Note that the subscription will be cancelled immediately and the balance of the account will be prorated accordingly)
Clicking on an invoice will present information regarding that particular invoice, including the options to view and print both the invoice and associated receipt.
