Sessionwire and Puremix share memberships in both directions:

• Puremix Pro members get Sessionwire Basic at no cost.
• Sessionwire Studio members get Puremix Pro at no cost.

Link your Puremix account

If you already have both accounts, link them from Sessionwire:

1. In Sessionwire, click Account Info in the left sidebar.
2. Under Link Accounts, click Link Puremix.
3. Sign in to Puremix when asked.

Once they're linked, your included access shows up on both sides.

Signing in to Puremix

On the Puremix sign-in page, use the Sessionwire button near the bottom. If you sign in with Google or a separate Puremix password instead, you can end up in a second Puremix account that isn't linked, and your Pro access won't show.

If you came to Sessionwire through Puremix

Your Basic plan is included with Puremix Pro, so there's nothing to pay. You may still get renewal emails from Stripe, our payment provider. They show a $0 invoice and you don't need to do anything.

Your Sessionwire Basic access lasts as long as your Puremix Pro membership. If your Puremix Pro membership ends, your Sessionwire account moves to a free Member account.

Something not working?

Most problems come from using different email addresses on Puremix and Sessionwire, or from signing in to Puremix with Google. Try linking again from Account Info. If that doesn't bring your access through, email support@sessionwire.com with the email address you use on each.
