The Cloud Recording option, accessible via the Recording popup menu, captures a single .mp4 file stored in the Host’s Vault. This file includes:
All participant video streams.
All Talkback Audio from participants.
All HQ Audio from participants.
The Automute feature, when enabled by the Host, mutes Talkback Audio in the .mp4 recording during HQ Audio playback, ensuring clean audio capture.
When Cloud Recording is selected, you can choose from three video layout options:
Grid: Displays all participant video streams in a grid. If a participant shares their screen, the screen occupies the main area, with participant videos arranged in a narrow bar to the right. The screenshot below shows Cloud Recording in Grid Layout.
Single Participant: Allows the Host to select one participant’s video for a large pane, with others arranged in a narrow right column.
The Local HQ Audio option can be selected independently or alongside Cloud Recording. It allows the Host to record isolated HQ Audio in .wav format, with the flexibility to save to:
The Host’s local device.
The Host’s Vault.
Both locations.
This feature ensures high-quality audio capture for post-production, separate from video or Talkback Audio.
Can be combined with Local HQ Audio for separate audio capture.
This is ideal for users needing a quick, consolidated recording of video and Talkback Audio without cloud storage.
Available exclusively to Business-level users, the Raw Tracks option records all streams as separate files in the Host’s Vault. For a session with seven audible and visible participants (including the Host), this generates:
7 video files (.webm).
7 Talkback Audio files (.weba).
7 HQ Audio files (.weba).
These files can be converted to .mp4 (video) and .wav (audio) formats within the Vault, offering maximum flexibility for editing and mixing.

Select your desired recording options (Cloud Recording, Local HQ Audio, Local Camera and Microphone, or Raw Tracks for Business users).
