An Audience link lets you watch and listen to a Session without being seen or heard. It only works while the Host is in a Session or has turned their Audience link on.
Let the Host know you're waiting. There's nothing to fix on your side, as long as you're on a computer in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera or Arc.
If someone with an Audience link arrives before your Studio is open, they can't get in. Open your Studio and click Turn On Audience Link at the top, and they'll be let in.
Audience links are part of the Studio plan. If you're on Basic, you can invite one Guest at a time, but not an audience. See Plans and prices.
