Every new Sessionwire account starts with 14 days of Studio, free. You don't need a card to start it, and you don't need to cancel it. If you haven't added a card by the end of the 14 days, your account moves to a free Member account and you're not charged anything.
The trial is the full Studio plan, so you can try everything: hosting Sessions with more than one Guest, HQ Audio from your DAW, Talkback, screen sharing, Session recording and the Vault.
There's one limit while you're on the trial. You can be in Sessions for 40 minutes in any 24-hour period. When you reach it, the Session ends and you won't be able to start or rejoin one until the 24 hours are up. If a Guest tells you your invite link "only worked once," this is usually why.
Nothing happens that you need to act on. Without a card on file there's nothing to charge, so your account moves to a free Member account.
A week before the trial ends you'll get an email from our payment provider, Stripe, saying your trial is ending. It's an automatic notice. If you haven't added a card, you can ignore it.
As a Member you keep your profile and your Connections. You can:
What you can't do is Host Sessions in your own Studio. For that you need Basic or Studio.
Anything you saved to your Vault during the trial is kept for 30 days. During that time you can download or delete your files, but not add new ones. If you choose a plan within those 30 days, everything is back as it was.
Check the Monthly/Yearly switch before you pay. It's the most common mistake we see. If you do pick the wrong one, see Monthly or yearly: choosing and switching.
If you're not sure which plan fits, see Plans and prices.
If something didn't work during your trial, we'd like to hear about it. Email support@sessionwire.com and we'll help.
