FL Studio can be fussy with plugins from other developers, and the Sessionwire plugins need a few settings in FL's plugin wrapper to work reliably. Change them once for each Sessionwire plugin you use.

Set up the plugin wrapper

1. Insert the Sessionwire plugin where you need it in the FL Studio mixer.
   
2. Open the plugin's Settings menu.
   
3. Open Wrapper settings.
   
4. On the Processing tab, set the options as shown.
   
5. On the Troubleshooting tab, set the options as shown.
   
6. Open the More menu next to Use fixed size buffers and turn on Process maximum size buffers and Use maximum buffer size from host.
   
7. In FL Studio's Audio settings, set the buffer length to a power of two: 128 or 256 samples is a good place to start.

Send your mix

1. Put the Sessionwire Send plugin in the last slot on the Master mixer track, or on a separate mixer track used as a cue mix.
2. In your Studio, set HQ Audio Source to the Sessionwire Send Plugin.
3. Press play and check your HQ Audio meter moves in the Mixer.

Record a Guest

The best recordings come from the performer's side. If you need to record here, read Record someone with the Receive plugin first. Put the Receive plugin on a mixer track that doesn't route to the track carrying your Send plugin, and set HQ Audio Destination to the Sessionwire Receive Plugin.
