The Vault is your storage in Sessionwire. Your Session recordings land here, and you can upload your own files to keep or share. Open it from Vault in the left sidebar.

How much space you get

• Basic: 5GB
• Studio and the free trial: 100GB

The meter at the top of the Vault shows how much you've used.

What you can do

• Upload File adds a file from your computer.
• Share creates a link to send to someone. Every share link expires: choose 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 3 days or 7 days under Link Expiry.
• Convert changes a recording to another format.
• Delete removes files you've selected.

Each file also has its own share, download and open buttons.

When your Vault is full

If you go over your storage, you can still download and delete files, but you can't upload more until you make space or upgrade. The same applies if you move to a plan with less storage.

If your free trial ends without a membership, your Vault is kept for 30 days. See Your free trial and what happens when it ends.

Your Vault is private

Nobody else can see your Vault. A file only leaves it when you create a share link, and every link expires.
