There are three ways to bring someone into your Studio: send your Studio link, email an invite, or call a Connection in. Guests don't need an account, a paid plan or a download.

Send your Studio link

1. Click Session Invite at the bottom of your Studio.
2. Leave the type set to Guest Link.
3. Click Copy Invite Link and send it however you like: text, email or chat.
4. Click Close.

With no options set, this is your permanent Studio link: studio.sessionwire.io/studio/ followed by your Display Name. It stays the same between Sessions, so regular collaborators and students can bookmark it. It only changes if you change your Display Name.

Make a one-off link

Under Advanced Options you can add a Password, a Start time and an Expiry time. Setting any of these makes a separate link, which stops working 24 hours after you create it unless you set your own Expiry. Expiry only stops the link working. It doesn't end a Session that's already running.

If you set a password, send it to your Guests along with the link. One-off Guest links work on Basic and Studio.

Email an invite

In Session Invite, type an email address under Or send via email and press Enter. Add as many as you like, then click Send Invite Emails.

Call a Connection in

If someone is already one of your Connections, click the phone icon next to their name in your Connections list. They get a pop-up and click to join. You can call in free Members as long as you have an active membership. See Connections and Discover

Who can join

• On Basic, one Guest can be in your Studio at a time. On Studio, up to 50 people.
• Your Guests get your plan's features while they're in your Studio. They don't need to pay.
• You need to verify your email before Guests can join. See Why can't I join a Session?
